What changes the price?
Size is only part of it. Removing old concrete, the slope and drainage, reinforcement, how the crew gets in, and the finish—broom, smooth, or stamped—all move the number. Those items are listed in the written estimate so you can compare them.
When can I walk or park on new concrete?
The surface sets in hours. Strength takes days and weeks. We’ll tell you when foot traffic is fine, when vehicles can return, and when a sealer can go on, based on the mix and that week’s weather.
What if rain is in the forecast?
We don’t place concrete in the rain. If the forecast turns, the pour moves. We’ll tell you before the crew is on the way.
Do you remove the old slab?
